Sales and after-sales activities

As a trade agent one of our most important tasks is to follow the raw materials from the manufacturer all the way to the customer. To avoid unnecessary problems, we provide all necessary documentations, thus following closely every shipment from manufacture at the producer to arrival at the customer´s site. For us it is not enough to see the consignment loaded onboard a freighter – we share our customers’ interest in ensuring that the shipment arrives safely at their plants.

Our after-sales activities include:

  • Providing weekly prices to the customers along with guidance regarding the best possible ordering opportunities to safeguard customers’ interests.
  • Optimum shipping conditions along with swift delivery of relevant shipping documents.
  • High degree of availability for technical and commercial troubleshooting through continuous contact via customers´preferred mode of day-to-day communication
  • Frequent visits by joint technical and commercial teams to the customers, arrangement of seminars, on-site troubleshooting and training/education at the customers’ sites.
