Dedicated partner
In PLB, customers will find an enthusiastic and dedicated partner who contributes to further developing their existing products and creating new ones. The basis for this business is the specialized expertise of PLB in areas of product development, technical know-how and international trade.

The challenge is not just to create the right composition of raw materials for many end products. Just as important is finding a raw material composition which is optimal for the customer’s current production equipment and the consumers’ purpose. PLB is places equal emphasis on both. .

Cooperation
PLB operates according to a working model based on close cooperation with our customers? After the initial contact with a potential customer, we often develop recipes and send samples with a composition which ensures the properties required of the end products. We then visit the production site, and in cooperation with the customer we adjust the recipe to the end product and the process parameters to achieve the desired result.

Independent
PLB has a free and independent role in the market. PLB’s business model is based on long-term, close cooperation with customers, suppliers, and colloborators. Our growth has been organic and based on mutual trust between all parties.

Sustainability

PLB strive towards sustainable practices in our own company as well as promoting sustainability in our actions towards customers and suppliers. To this end, we have developed a list of actions which is revised annually, or more frequently if deemed necessary. Please read more in our “Position Statement of Sustainability”, found here.
