Our customers’ production equipment varies in size, age and capacity. Nevertheless, the goal of PLB Food and Dairy Consultants is always to contribute to the production of the best possible end products within the scope and possibilities of the equipment and conditions at hand. A fat blend or formulation which yields first-class results at one facility, may give poor results elsewhere. Hence, the correct formulation of recipes and proper adjustment of production parameters are essential to achieve desired end results. With our substantial production experience, we contribute to finding the best possible interplay between raw materials, equipment, and production parameters to ensure the best possible result at each individual facility.
