Minor non-conformities in the production normally lead to undesirable properties in the end product. Today all PLB’s fat blends are based on value added oils and fats from AAK and PLB’s recipes for end products are in turn based on these fat blends. We have a long-standing relationship with this producer, who offers a large selection of products and is very well known for consistent high quality.
